Today, May 6th we had a virtual visit with Marina Levitina, a nature educator, herbalist, artist and director of the Lough Grainey Nature Ssnctuary.

We learned about a wide variety of Irish wildflowers and trees of the woods and meadows.

We heard plants “sing” through the Music of the Plants biofeedback device, this was a magical experience.

We heard traditional stories about native Irish trees and flowers. We ended the session by drawing a hawthorn branch in bloom.
